PURCHASE CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVAL AND/OR ADVERTISING
If you or your organization are interested in securing SCOTA approval for your continuing education course, please read the SCOTA Continuing Education Guidelines and Application Approval. To apply, please follow these steps.
Step 1. Download and complete South Carolina Occupational Therapy Association
Step 2. Make your Payment
Payment can be made HERE or by clicking the Store tab. For your convenience, the types of approval are listed here:
#001 - $115 Standard approval of CE course
#002 - $165 Standard approval of CE course + SCOTA website advertisement for 3-months or through course end, whichever occurs first
#003 - $165 Expedited approval of CE course (fewer than 30 days prior to event date)
#004 - $215 Expedited approval of CE course + SCOTA website advertisement up to course date
**IF YOUR APPLICATION IS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COURSE DATE, AN EXPEDITED PROCESSING FEE MUST BE INCLUDED. Please choose either product #003 or #004 below to ensure your approval is completed in time. **
Step 3. Submit the completed application and supporting documents to adminscota@gmail.com
Required supporting documents include:
- Course description(s)
- Resume/CV for each course presenter
- Blank course evaluation for each course/presenter
When requesting advertising, please submit a hi-resolution (300 dpi) JPG. Images should not exceed 400 pixels wide x 600 pixels high. SCOTA reserves the right to resize images to fit website layout.
CE Course Approvals are granted for twelve months from date of application. If a course will be offered more than once in a twelve-month period, applicants must indicate the approximate date(s) the course will be offered. If any aspect of the course changes within the defined twelve months, or if you choose to offer the course on additional dates, you must re-apply for approval.
No refunds will be issued for CE Approval Applications. Please email adminscota@gmail.com for more information or with questions.

One month: $100
Six months: $500
